Osborne Park is a pair of contemporary homes in Hertfordshire, transformed from a 1950’s barn. The homes were designed to make the most of the rural surroundings, with open plan living spaces and double height windows. The goal was to reflect both the secluded, rural location and the luxury architecture and interior design of the homes.
Inspired by the surroundings, the ‘O’ logo is created from tree rings and is rose gold foiled to add a luxurious feel.
The brochure cover features an embossed wood texture, reflecting the dark timber used on the outside of the building and bringing some natural tactility to the brochure. The clean and minimal layout makes full use of high-end imagery that includes some of the architect’s original sketches.
